Glutenfree chocolate scones
- 250 gr glutenfree (or conventional) flour
- 2 TS baking powder
- 1/2 TS baking soda ( dt=Natron)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 20 gr sugar
- 50 gr milk chocolate bits
- 60 gr melted butter
- 1 egg
- 125 gr curd ( dt=Quark)
- glutenfree
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the egg, butter and curd and knead until you get a nice, elastic, bit crumbly dough.Add the chocolate bits and knead again. Form little round scones, flatten them with your hands and put them on a baking tray covered w. baking paper.
For a more beautiful coloured crust, spread them with egg yolk!
Put in the oven at 200 ° Celsius for ca. 15 minutes!
They are best when they come straight from the oven!
Serve with creme de marrons or strawberry jam!
