Beetroot Potato Basil Mash in Pan
- 2 pre-cooked potatoes
- 3 small beetroots, chopped in thin slices
- 2 soy sausages
- red and green basil
- pink pickled onions
- lemon pepper with cornflowers
- coconut oil
- vegan
- glutenfree
- lactofree
Yesterday I got hungry for colours!
I prepared a quick leftover dish by just throwing the ingredients into a pan with some coconut oil, roasted it gently and served it with a lot of fresh basil and flower-infused lemon pepper
It was delicious and looked quite pretty!
