Ingredients:
Coconut Milk
Sweet Potato
Fresh Garlic
Coconut Oil
Beetroots
Ginger
Chard
and…Rice Perfume by Herbaria (who says you can only use it for rice?)
a nice spice mix that includes sesame, salt, onions, almonds, rose blossoms, long pepper and saffron threads…
Roast the chopped beetroots and sweet potato cubes in a pan with hot coconut oil together with the garlic and the ginger, add the coconut milk and boil until almost al dente, then first add the cutted stalks of the chard and finally the leaves, because they only take 2 minutes to be soft. Spice up with the Reisparfum, maybe also some extra pepper, salt, nutmeg oder cinnamon, Enjoy!
