I never cooked black rice. Though it’s nice. Tasty, yummy, healthy.
Here’s my first two variations…
Black rice with cinnamon-masala-nutmeg infused spinach,Ghee- roasted sunflower seeds, mushrooms and smoked trout, decorated with a random balcony flower
Black rice on a sea of green sauce (radish leaves, olive oil, almonds, pepper) with tomatoes and ‘srooms.
