A Food Less Ordinary/ Photos

Here they are, photos from my “A Food Less Ordinary” Dinner last thursday at Merkezi Gallery - it was a blast! Thanks to Stephan Held from Bunte Bilder for taking these pictures and to my Schnippelboy Billy and of course to Johannes from Merkezi and all my lovely guests!!!

Amuse Gueule: Raw Food Threeesome ( beetroot with coriander/lime, kohlrabi with lemon/parsley, cellery-carrot-apple-salad with orange/mint)

Starter: White Vegetarian Bolognese Pasta

Main Course: Colourful Gratin made of violet potatoes, sweet potatoes, red bechamel and salvia cheese with spinach salad

Dessert: Chocomole, fruits and a sweet cheese cookie (eaten with a finger spoon)
