Kräuterzeit* In Vienna/ Photos

Last wednesday I cooked in Vienna again - at the fabulous Kochklub Kuehn that I love very very much! Even the last seat was filled as we prepared another variation of the Kräuterzeit* menu that I did in Berlin a few weeks earlier!

Photographer Michele Pauty took these amazing photos which catch the nice atmosphere and the beautiful surrounding of the Kochklub very well!

The Menu:

Amuse Gueule: Grissini w. a threesome of herbs creme (parsley, basil, chervil) and oregano blossom, thyme and burnet (Pimpinelle)

Starter: Grandmother’s herbs soup w. rucola, lovage (Liebstöckel) and a daisy flower

Main: parsley potatoes w. Ghee, pak choi w. dried apricots, oven-baked tofu w. dill and lemon

Dessert: Rosemary Crème brûlée w. sweet mint pesto and organic strawberries
