Last night I cooked a very special dinner at Merkezi Gallery in Kreuzberg.

Sticky Fingers - No Cutlery at all! And my guests were very brave and actually enjoyed the mess

The Menu:

Amuse Gueule: Chicoree and blushed cauliflower with yellow and purple curry spread

Starter: purple red cabbage foumy soup with Canihua bread

Main Course: beetroot bread dumplings with winter herbs, brussels sprouts, seitan-swede-spits, yogi-tea-blanched carrots with topinambur and a sweet red-onion-wine-sauce

Dessert: Christmassy threesome a.k.a. Panettone comfit, divine chocolate truffle and a vanilla cookie finger with cranberry jelly
